St Andrew’s dance ensemble was founded in 2014 for children and young people from Bedford and the surrounds to learn and enjoy traditional Serbian dance.
There are two groups - one aimed at beginners and another advanced group. Dancers from six years old onwards are warmly welcomed to join. Since its formation, the troupe has performed at events in the parish and beyond and raised sufficient funds to procure colourful national costumes.
Practise sessions take place at the newly renovated Church club house on Wednesdays with starter group at 6pm and advanced from 7pm - 8.30pm. Sessions are £5 per child, capped at £10 per family.
